I still count the digimon who pair up with owners who's Sapotama they didn't hatch from as their partners. Because in essence they pretty much are, we see that they can still accept the human's E-Pulse and fight alongside them. Plus, it works with the themes of the show where Glowing Dawn want a society where digimon are treated as alive and live alongside humans to allow digimon the freedom to partner up with new people if need be

We do know Reina and Chiropmon's In-Training forms from the TCG, it's Kyaromon and Pagumon. They absolutely are canon, they're literally in the TCG [which debuted Habakirimon and Atratusmon, and revealed Kyo's lower forms] explicitly with the Glowing Dawn trait; and depict Pafumon and Zurumon as well. Basically; the TCG is 100% canon here.

These are also just the generic in-trainings for Zurumon and Pafumon.
