Today is my first experience in the Picos de Europa. To start, I've decided to hike up to the Ordiales Refuge from the Covadonga Lakes. The route follows the official PR.PNPE-5 trail and traverses stunning high mountain landscapes with meadows and ancient mountain pastures. A CLASSIC of the Cornión Massif in the Picos de Europa.
