On Monday, the trial against Dr. Tomasz Kosowski began. He is accused of killing Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, whose body has never been found. The prosecution stated that Cozzi was murdered in his law firm and his body was left in a landfill in "tiny unidentifiable pieces.” The state also stated the Dr. Kosowski was “cold and calculated” and this murder was premeditated. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if he is convicted.
