The other week Keith took me to a place close to where he grew up in the Sculcoats area of Hull. It was once a village outside of Kingston Upon Hull but over time it was swallowed up and is now just an area of the city.

I have included some historical information in addition to what is spoken about. If anyone has any local history they would like to share with us then we would be interested in hearing about it.

This is first of a two part story. The second part will probably be sometime in the summer.

I must apologise for the poor sound quality in parts. The traffic noise at times was horrendous. Even after cleaning the sound some parts were unusable.

If anyone is interested I will be doing Dave's early history at some point. This will include Brough and North Ferriby.
