Discover in this video the 17 uncomfortable truths that will free you, even if they can hurt you initially. After the viral success on Instagram - with over a million views and thousands of comments - I delve into these ideas in an authentic and in-depth way that have touched deep chords in many people.
These truths are uncomfortable because they question mental patterns, limiting beliefs, internal roles and relational dynamics that we often experience automatically. But precisely for this reason, they can transform your life if you welcome them with openness and the courage to look inside yourself.
In this long contribution - designed both for those who want to delve into psychology and for those on a path of personal awareness - I accompany you on a journey through these 17 key steps.
We will talk about crucial topics such as:
The myth of being “special” and true uniqueness
The relationship with parents and childhood wounds
The stories you tell yourself about yourself and how to get rid of them
The truth about love and healing in relationships
Why your mind seeks drama and shuns peace
Pain as a path to healing, not as an enemy
The illusion of being able to save others (and what it really means to help)
The power of living without expectations and with more gratitude
Authentic spirituality, which is not used to escape but to embody
The courage to shine, even if it’s scary
The slowness of change as a natural process
The inevitable truth that… everything passes 🌱
In this episode I offer you reflections, therapeutic ideas and keys to understanding that come from years of clinical and personal experience. Every truth can become a door: to yourself, to your story, to your way of being in the world.
Listening to this video will help you:
unmask unconscious mechanisms that limit you;
accept the challenges of your history with greater maturity;
regain your personal power;
begin (or continue) a true process of internal healing.
Every truth may seem harsh, but if you let it in… it changes you. Enjoy the show and enjoy the exploration 🌟

Life is a wonderful journey: "every choice contains the potential for a new destiny."
quando inviti a smettere di inseguire approvazione e a vivere senza bisogno di dimostrare valore, spingi a uscire dalla gabbia dell’ego e della paura di non essere abbastanza;
il passaggio sulla guarigione (“fa male, è destabilizzante, ma libera”) è estremamente realistico e controcorrente rispetto alla cultura del benessere immediato;
la critica alla ricerca di “salvare gli altri” è potente: mostra come l’aiuto autentico nasca dalla presenza e non dal controllo;
