Can you beat Halo CE with only the Plasma Pistol?

Originally i didn't want to do this challenge because i felt it would be too easy but you guys were asking for this for a while now so today i finally beat Halo CE with only the plasma pistol. Of course this gun is an all around beast, unlike the Halo 4 variant so it's effective against every enemy. The one downfall is time to kill in close quarters because the elites will usually end up trading a few health bars before they go down.

The challenge had parts that were super easy with only the plasma pistol and other parts were so hard that i wanted to punch my monitor so i would definitely recommend any Halo lover to give this challenge a go. CE's plasma pistol is surprisingly underrated. Only game where it does overcharge damage, and it has a decent time to kill against the covies.

Fun Fact: The Face Model for the Cryo Engineer from Halo CE Anniversary, Mathieu Lacombe, was added into the game as his wish.

The CE plasma pistol is the Gentleman's weapon of choice.

The answer is yes, it is arguably the best all around weapon in the game as it has a relatively high damage output, fast rate of fire (once you get used to clicking the trigger really fast), and a very high ammo count.

Unironically beat most of Halo CE as a kid with the plasma pistol magnum combo. it's so strong for most things.
