These videos have been very helpful to me. I like the question and answer format. It is very engaging and certainly informative. Hopefully, I will be able to find an officer of the Court like you in Fort Worth Texas . Would you happen to have a referral? I have wrongful termination due to whistleblower in a successful small business. To make things worse, I also have a wage and hours claim along with overtime. And to top it , future brother-in-law is not only the owner of the company he's also my landlord. Just a couple of weeks after he returned home from lockup for 6 months (he was on pretrial Bond and violated the conditions of a bond and then he finally pled guilty two two major counts) he gave me and his sister a notice of eviction on the house that he inherited from their dad. This was less than two weeks after I was let go from this company. Needless to say there's some personal things going on there, and he has always presented himself as being above the law. Smarter than the law so to speak. Anyway thank you for putting this out there for people like me to learn, I really appreciate it. I wish you continued success
FYI: I Need to add additional incidents of Blyth's Racial Discrimination ( balled fist 👊and N-Word) and Hostile Work Environment to this "Wrongful Termination Law" such as follows: HR Sarah might have been the one who gave me Andy Romeo phone#, Amanda, and Andy Romeo agry at me about pulling out a meeting.
What about when you are a "contractor." What type of lawyer handles these cases? Most employment lawyers stay away from these cases because there is no EEO protection or protection from the state's Labor Commission.
Okay so what about extenuating circumstances. Ie: drinking on the job. It's generally a fireable offense and the employer has a right to not want you working while you are intoxicated. So they fire you. But what if there's a history of many people drinking working while intoxicated at same location? And overlooked/allowed for years with no penalty to anyone. Then one day they don't want a particular employee anymore so they set the trap catch her back from a martini lunch, fails a forced breathalyzer (without urinalysis), DONE bye bye! 35 years Good behavior out the window. Targeted. Not uniform enforcement of a rule. Post severe emotional trauma/ depression leads to suicide attempts. ... It's targeted selective enforcement to eliminate only one unwanted individual. Is there a case?
Is it discrimination because of her age? Is it retaliation because she made a complaint against a manager earlier in the year?
Then there's the unions breach of duty. That's another whole separate issue/case.
I only survived this terrorism and illegal Termination was because of God's Amazing Grace and Loving kindness that is endowed upon me by His Beloved Son?, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit and the Living Word- Bible. THANK YOU LORD JESUS CHRIST. 🙏
My Wrongfully "Illegal" Terminated because in Good Faith I blew the Whistle Blower alarm against upper Management violated of Policy and Procedures to wage and commissionFraud, called and written that I was The N-Word, "Stupid", "Crazy," "Blac", "Ignorant", etc. Not to exclude their Defamation of Character Libel and Hostile Work Environment, and bullied, etc.
I reported Retaliated Harrassment to EEOC; but Daniel Nance prohibited me ✋️ 🫸 🫷3 times ( 1st time pre-terminated) Retaliated Harrassment and Mental Anguish PTSD-ANXIETY.
