I’m imagining i’m a nameless warrior, wandering the land until i come across the worn down kingdom of Hallownest

"I'm actually like super into this lore!"
Never checks the journal

I would like to say all the times pointcrow makes a “he broke his knees” jokes, IRL bugs are genuinely too small to take fall damage because air resistance

Cornifer kind of a beast though. He traversed all of hallownest alongside us

Hollow Knight implies the existence of Solid Rook

NOO MAP MAN! DONT FORGET THE COMMA!!! “ive a fondness for exploring myself” IS NOT “ive a fondness for exploring, myself”

It's hilarious comparing this to RT's playthrough, where the first time he died was to Mantis Lords and never understood the story or lore, while Pointcrow is all about the lore, but died in the tutorial teaching you how to jump. Two opposite sides of the coin.

5:07 Crow: This game is about like dreaming and dreamers Me: Well yes but actually no

"It makes you want to know what everything is and I'm so curious!"

Doesn't look at the journal at all

Just the immediate "Is this a scary game guys?" took me out lmfao

I got lost and now im imagining a named warrior, knowing exactly where to go in a perfectly in tact town called Hallownest

"I am not a good platformer"... Oh you know this is finna be fun

I think one of my favorite parts of this playthrough was when he spent 3 hours fighting lost kin before grabbing the monarch wings. Then went back and beat it first try with monarch wings and claiming "double jump for the win". I think he used it exactly once, in a situation where it didn't even matter.

defeats mantis lords, doesnt get mark of pride, buys long nail

i appreciate this channel sm. crow is the PERFECT person to watch playthroughs from. he brings such a good energy to what he plays, shows genuine interest in the plot and lore, and is really good natured about the experience in general. truly a god gamer.

23:25 “They’re making us pay to sit now?!”
Watching this after Silksong has come out is hilarious

Nice job putting this out sooner. I hope it wasn't too stressful getting this out 4 days sooner than expected.

6:01 I'm just now realizing the devs knew players would go left because when given a chance to explore, players love taking the road lest traveled. That's some big brain psychological manipulation

HUGE thank you to the editors/production staff who made it possible to get this playthrough finished and out in time for Silksong!! ❤❤ Can't wait to dive in and watch!
