Honestly, it breaks my heart how Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers isn’t getting the attention it deserves. This book changed me. People need to wake up to this.
If you are really out of condition or recovering from illness or injury try doing them for only ten seconds once a day but try to do every day you can, but be kind to yourself. After a month or so you will find your body will start to like the exercises and you can start to increase exercise without difficulty
6 Isometric Positions: 1 - Superman alternate left hand and right leg and viceversa 2- Isometric pushup hold 15-20 seconds 3- Wall isometric squat or simulate an invisible chair 🪑 4- Dead hang shoulder width 5- Isometric Glute bridge contract glutes and abs 6- Isometric Plank
I started some- primarily the wall squat- but not all of your exercises, substituting a few isometric exercises (with a non-elastic strap) fourteen months ago. I also began taking supplements, featuring protein and creatine mono-hydrate. My musculature and strength, as measured by gym exercise weights, has returned to where it was in my late 50's. My systolic blood pressure has also dropped by 17 points. Isometric exercise alone will do this. Isometric exercise triggers a rebuilding of arterial ENOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase) , which produces nitric oxide from L-arginine and L-citruline in the blood stream. Nitric oxide is absolutely necessary for arterial elasticity. Wall squats alone will accomplish most of this improvement. I turn 86 years old this April 21, 2025. So, THIS WORKS FOLKS!!
Hello everyone I'm Drew, time to get back into shape. Im coming back to it after being out for three years from a lower limb accident. Dr. says I've got the green light finally I've gained eighty pounds. God Bless
I was taught isometric exercises by my father as a child. I was really small for my age à nd I guess he thought I could use the strength they produce. I'm glad he did. You simply pit one muscle against another à nd the result is strength without muscle mass. I have shocked many people over the years with the strength contained within this 125 lb frame. The exercises work tremendously well. I'm 70 now and enjoy blowing the minds of my grandchildren with feats of strength from a scrawny old man.
I’m Tammy in Florida. I’ve been doing isometrics most of my life along with athletic yoga and Pilates in order to avoid surgeries. In my 20’s I was told I would need spinal surgery and full knee replacement. I’m 55 now and been able to maintain my lean muscle and bullet proof most of my body to prevent further issues. The last 5 years I’ve been doing more weight training in order to put on as much muscle mass as I can and slow down the aging process. I’ve been a trainer in gyms as well but there is nothing better than time under tension recruiting all those muscle fibers at once for a period of time so I always do more isometric types of training than weights. Finally mastered body weight pull ups and on good day regular pushups (bum shoulder/wrist from being thrown off a horse so) in which side planks help with stability in my shoulders and wrist depending on variations. I am doing isometrics for the rest of my life as they are as important as eating to me.
Reminds me of my tai chi days! One very effective exercise was walking very slowly across a parking lot. We raced to see who could keep moving, but be the last one in! You won if you lost?!

John 55 London Uk. To anyone with any sort of Kidney issues DO NOT use creatine, you will cause further/ worse issues. I had a blocked urethra causing slow kidney function some years ago. I took up cycling & asked the urologist could use it & he told me not to use it. Over 2 years through cycling my issue healed / went away naturally.
Near 68, I never thought just hanging from a bar could feel this empowering. That part at 8:51 reminded me - sometimes the simplest moves are the strongest. Grateful for these no-fuss, powerful tips!
This comment section probably won’t remember me, but maybe someone scrolling needs this. A few months ago I hit a wall. Nothing made sense. I bought Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley after seeing it here on yt. I had no expectations. But chapter by chapter, it broke something open in me. Not motivation — momentum. Wishing that for you too.✨
