From the rapeseed kimchi table of the Haenyeo of Daepyeong-ri, said to be a brief taste before the canola flowers bloom, to 'Hyodoncheon,' an unknown primeval forest formed by a volcanic eruption tens of thousands of years ago, to the cultivator of a grandmother who has guarded the green barley fields of Gapado Island for 53 years while braving fierce winds, to the magnificent diving at Baramkoji in Haengwon-ri where about 70 Haenyeo dive into the sea in unison, and finally to the secret farm within the volcanic cone of a father who has silently cultivated the forest for 30 years.
