Hi, I’m Jason,

I’ve been teaching people how to draw and paint animals for over 25 years, and I truly believe anyone can learn this with the right guidance.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to do that, but I don’t have the talent”… you’re exactly who I make these videos for.

Most people think drawing realistically is about talent.
It’s not.
It’s about learning how to see properly — and that’s exactly what I teach you step by step in my lessons.
Keep up to date with my art and lessons on my educational FaceBook page –

I’d love to see what you create.

Learn how to draw a realistic animal eye in pastel in this complete step by step lesson.

In this video, I’ll guide you through the full process — from the first layers to the final highlights — focusing on shape, tone, layering and how to create depth in the iris and surrounding fur. This is a genuine teaching lesson designed to help you understand why things work, not just what to copy.
