"This battle will make your blood boil..."

Stage 1 my all time favorite Nes soundtrack :)

Goes to show you what Konami once was. I love this game and the Contra series.

Stage 2 is without a doubt one of the best video game songs of all-time

01:58 The epic Stage 2 song 🥹💙

Que hermosos recuerdos pá

Haven't played Jackal since 93-94, but remember every single track as it was yesterday. The music is just phenomenal - it is heroic, laconic and striking at the same time. Not every Hollywood movie OST boasts these qualities. Back in the 80-s and 90-s everything had balls, now it is all refined and faceless.

Stage 3 and Boss Music. My Favorite´s !

Jackal is inspired from an old tv series from the 60s  called "The Rat Patrol' wherein the 4 heroes riding in their rugged jeep would always raid those German outposts and missions that is occupying the desert regions of the African continent.

3 stage The Best soundtrack EVEEEEEEERR

Freeing the prisoners in this game was always such a great feeling. This soundtrack is FREEDOM!

2:58 give me goosebumps

That final boss theme, so so good.  A fucking jeep against a panzer.  So fucking sick!

35 years and I have not forgotten this music.

Konami and Sunsoft has the best NES music ever by far

Stage 2 is one of my favorites. For some reason I always associate the song "ashes in your mouth" by megadeth to this game. I like to think Dave mustaine played Jackal and thought the music was killer.

Goosebumps moment for me at 2:59 while playing game

I cried listening to this. The music is so good in 2021. I used this to Play Halo Infinite with a beam squad in my Warthog.

Stage 2 music is way too good.

Fun Fact: The game was known in Japan as Final Commando: Akai Yousai. It was originally for the Famicom Disk System.
