Spiderman vs Juggernaut was my peak moment in comics as a kid. Both characters were never better.

I am glad you included the Spider-Man versus Juggernaut. It really made an impression on me as a kid!

John Romita Jr’s run on Uncanny X-Men is still chef’s kiss for me. When I picture Wolverine, Rachel Summers, Magneto, Storm, Nimrod and so on, it is his art I immediately picture

X-Men 137 was probably the apex issue for my collecting days which went on for another 2-3 years or so but that felt like THE moment of that time.

Marvel 2 and 1 the Thing versus The Champion! Where Ben Grimm's intangibles saved Earth and gained the ultimate respect from The Champion!

Iron Man's Crimson Avenger armor was highly underrated

Classics. Bought all of them, almost regret giving them to kids to also enjoy...

You did a great job touching on all the great ones I remember. I would add Avengers Annual 11 where they battle The Defenders as an honorable mention.

I remember a Marvel two in one Annual where the Champion makes his first appearance. He boxed all of Marvel's strongmen. The Thing was the one that did the best against him

I've always loved reading about superheroes in their spare time, especially when they hang with each other. The bar fights are my favorites.

I don't remember the issue numbers, but the Xmen vs Nimrod battle where Rogue had to absorb the entire teams powers to stop Nimrod was one I read over and over again.
Also, the Hulk issue where gray Hulk vs the Thing during the time Thing was overpowered physically but mentally impaired was an awesome fight

I have most of those in my collection. The 80's. AND 70's was a fantastic era for both MARVEL and DC comics.

X Men 213 my first X men comic. That cover is a work of art. My favourite part is Wolverine has thrown a punch missing Sabretooth’s throat by millimetres but Sabretooth couldn’t give a … he’s just focused on the fight.

GREAT video! Remember all these and own most of these comics! I remember how much of a big deal it was that Spiderman beat Firelord in those days!

The Avengers v. Masters of Evil, and X-Men v. Shiar Imperial Guard are certainly on my list as well.

I would also include Wolverine v. The Reavers in Uncanny X-Men 205. The framing of the conflict, the dilemma Wolverine is confronted with, the pacing of the battle -- it's just perfect. And every panel looks amazing. Barry Windsor Smith at his best.

I'll never forget the Thing using Reed as a catapult to knock out Galactus. I read the Graphic Novel of the "Trial Of Galactus," but now I have the individual issues of the Fantastic Four comics. Love John Byrne.
