Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that the video this week is pretty different to our other ones so far.

For the first time I talk to my eldest son Shane about his past addiction battle and time at rehab.

It felt like the right time to do this, especially as he’s always the joker and making us laugh in our content.

I suppose lots of us hide our issues behind humour, I can definitely relate to this, but there’s often a lot more going on and so I want to show a different side to him.

We’ve never spoken about this before publicly, but it was a horrible time for me as his Mum and all the family and obviously for him as well.

We hope that by sharing our story we can help any of you out there know you are not alone.
