I'll never forget my first G1 Transformer. Was cutting through a mall with my grandpa at Kohl's and they where hanging right as you leave the door. For $1.99 a nice shiny Windcharger. I was instantly hooked because I grew up in a car family and had two uncles that raced. Since then, I've owned every US Transformer at least 3 times, several Pre Transformers, Diaclone, Microchange. And several UK and Japan only exclusives.

My first Transformer was Bumblebee. My parents took the family to Florida for Disneyworld and stopped to visit one of our friends who worked at a Toys R Us. They gave him to me since they were so hard to find. Dang, now I need to pick up an original Bumblebee.

I don't remember my very first Transformer because I was so young but I do remember my dad buying me a G1 Skywarp from a hardware store. Ed, you got me back into the nostalgia for Madballs. So much so that I just got the first two issues from Roar Comics off Ebay. I can't stop looking at the covers. Really brings me back to my childhood because I had a Slobulus back then.

Amazing Transformers selection, lots of carded European Exclusives which was great to see, Micromaster Patrols and Micromaster Combiner Squads.

It was hilarious when Vince got distracted by Samurai Pizza Cats.

That both with all of the Japanese packaging variants was awesome.

16:48 it’s a Japanese toyline by Bandai I believe called dinozaurs. I use to watch it on fox kids in the very late 90s/very early 2000s. It’s a CG show and I always wanted the toys

My first Transformer in the 80's was Bumblebee. I played with it so much its arms fell off.

Vince: "Let me sell you on this piece right here" 😂😂. Best advice I've heard all year. Great vid Eddie

Toyzone looked a lot of fun.

Transformers has always been my favorites toys growing up because of the engineering and creativity in the transforming. Some of 3rd party ones are detailed, complex and the alt form do look like the actual vehicles. Especially now with more humanoid robotics in production with AI, i can only imagine what 10-30 years would be like

1:10 It might not have been my very first Transformer, but it’s definitely the one I remember the most. It was Skullgrin from the Pretenders. And funnily enough, I actually bought it that very day in Haarlem😅

Beast wars were my love for transformers. Optimus primal is my number one child hood toy with all the gimmicks, middle launching and King Kong chest pounding.. it truly was an all in one playset in a big action figure. Dino is awesome
