What’s truly crazy is that “Rise Beyond Riches” is so underrated. It’s the one book that changed everything for me. Why isn’t anyone talking about it? It completely shifts your perspective.

buying a house for 200,000 was the key. can't do that now.

Another component of this is “timing” is everything.

Kimberley is amazing, so open and inspiring! You've got some great guest and know how to interview! ❤

What are these people who quit their jobs doing about health insurance? They never talk about THAT.

I would never use a Heloc to buy houses. Robert K’s strategies have a lot of inherent risks. He is also involved in the Multi Level Marketing world, which I consider to be an unethical business.

QUALITY AS ALWAYS MAN ✊🏾

Such great advice. I love hearing about these types of stories. Thanks so much for uploading this video.

I felt this one. Success is simple you either outwork your excuses or you lose. Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller pushed me to show up even on the days where motivation is zero

This was a great video ❤️ thanks

Yes!! Thanks for doing this!!

Great content Lucy philosophy about keeping her gap the same even when her salary increased she is a gem and she mentioned the book rich dad poor dad and one of my coworkers told me about that book around 2012 and I still didn’t read it yet however I wasn’t investing or financially motivated now I am and I can’t wait to read it in 2026 blessings to all

Man, I thought I knew the rules: work hard, hustle, save every cent. But I always felt stuck. Then someone casually mentioned Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller in a comment somewhere, and I swear, it felt like accidentally stumbling onto forbidden knowledge. It made me question every single thing I'd been taught about money, wealth, and success. Not gonna lie, I felt like I was cheating the system just by reading it.

rent of 1% of of the house price wouldn't leave much profit all after paying for mortgage,  taxes, repairs, insurance. It doesn't make sense to me

Anyone trolling you over $9.4 million probably doesn't have two nickels to rub together LOL
