Is YouTube getting harder for motorcycle creators… or is biking simply too niche?
Building a YouTube channel is difficult at the best of times, but when your content revolves around motorcycles, you're already targeting a relatively small audience. In this episode I talk about the reality of trying to grow a motorcycle YouTube channel, attracting new viewers and why sometimes you almost HAVE to get a little click-baity with your titles just to get people to click!
And yes… I fully appreciate the irony of calling this video *“YouTube Hates Bikers”* 😂
Today I'm heading to Bristol for a work meeting – although I may have had a little influence over the choice of venue. Somehow, completely by coincidence of course, we've ended up meeting at the biker café at Fowlers of Bristol! 👀🏍️
While I'm out on the GSX-R 750, I also talk about a few jobs I've got planned for the bike over the winter/off-season and what's coming up on the channel over the next few months.
So, is motorcycle YouTube genuinely harder to grow on? Are we simply too niche to reach the bigger audiences? Or do us bikers need to play the YouTube game a little more?
Let me know what you think in the comments.
