My first experience with Nagoya's specialty, "Hitsumabushi"! ✨
This time, I went to "Atsuta Horaiken," a famous Hitsumabushi restaurant!
I've eaten eel before, of course, but this was my first time trying Hitsumabushi! 😳
I was surprised by the variety of ways to eat it: eating it plain, adding condiments, and finally pouring broth over it...
So, which way did I, a French person, like best...? 🤭
And after the meal, I went to Nagoya Castle! 🏯
I enjoyed not only Nagoya's gourmet food but also sightseeing in Nagoya!
What's your favorite way to eat Hitsumabushi?
If there's anything in Nagoya that you absolutely must try, please let me know in the comments! ☺️
