yes, he did suffer an incident in the past, and he should've retired after that, the problem is that he's made everyone pay for his personal incident, he admits he's had nightmares about it and thinks about it on every traffic stop since then. The new reality is that he's out to make everyone a criminal before even approaching them. He's a psychopath.

This trial’s outcome will have a significant influence on police brutality cases across the country. If he’s convicted it will send a message that police aren’t exempt from the law. If he isn’t convicted it will send the message police are free to assault citizens. I hope the right verdict is reached.
