Jeez, Az creating a better Doctor Who story to fix Timeless Children and bring Capaldi back is GLORIOUS.

Nolan is the kind of stuck up and dull guy who smokes weed and then starts reading the instruction manual for a freezer.

Amazon is trying to figure out how to do James Bond without doing what made James Bond what it was. Classic.

Mauler's making due with an industrial fan pointing straight at his CPU and he cant be bothered with you calling him out for it🤣🤣🤣

Reminds me of Drax and Mantis's moment in GotG2.  His emotions were so intense that feeling them made her weep, even though he was just sitting in silence, the same as usual.  One of my favorite examples of portraying a stoic man while emphasizing that he isn't an unfeeling man.

I'm starting to think whenever Marvel gets to the XMen, they're just going to ignore what Jean did in this movie, as they have very obviously started to do to everything? Who gives a shit about continuity?

Jeen Grey should have entered Frank Castle's mind only to find an empty war zone, with barbed wire and bodies laying about, and as shes looking around... she starts to hear drums. Then bombs going off in sequential rhythm, only to feel a single gun shot ring out and her wake up covered in sweat, and punisher sadly murmuring to himself "i would have warned you kid."

Jane: Do you expect me to talk?
Villain: Talk? No. I expect you to BOMB, Jane Bomb.
Jane: it's Bond.
Villain: *snickers* No, it isn't.

The same people saying gen Z doesn't like nudity are also desperate to turn every character into lgbts.

The simple truth is a good Bond film won't sell with woke ethics and modern day sensibilities.  Bond is cold ruthless manipulator and womaniser as every good spy should be

On the point of the audience not wanting sexy content, I don't buy it for a second.
At best the test audience is so demoralised they are saying what they think other people want to hear to prove they're "good people". It's more likely deliberate cherry picking to get the answers they want, a la government "consultations".

If the surprise success of Marvel Rivals is anything to go by, people want beautiful women and jacked dudes in their superhero content. How is China better at marvel fan service than America? It's baffling.

1:42:39 Octopussy should have been Roger's last Bond. It's a film that feels tailor-made for him and he literally sails off into the sunset with Maud Adams at the end.

On the Bond screenwriter (Steven Knight), one red flag is on Rogue Heroes, he took the most decorated British service member in history and turned him into a closeted homosexual.  There is ZERO evidence Paddy Mayne was a homosexual.  I think the show is otherwise reasonably good.  But, the inclusion of that absurd plot-point is inexplicable.

Mauler bringing up Species like 2 seconds after I was thinking about it for movies with important sex scenes is perfect timing. Lol Glad I wasn't the only ne who thought that.

I'm 36 now and I can confirm, that I share more stories like AZ, then actual adventures 😂 The list of things, that are presumably lost in my apartment is looooong

That's why there are now two Dakotas. That storm split Dakota right in half.

Az: I won't let Mauler convince me BND was bad, I'll do that myself.

1:07:00 So, what? The director is saying that asides being unable to handle differing opinions or negative feedback gen Z and Alpha also cannot handle nudity along with social situations?
Man, I am glad I am older.  I would hate to be as fearful and unable to handle basic stuff as the new generations seem to be purported to be.

Of all the Bond films... how you all not pick Licence to Kill?

That story you told in tht intro Az was truly riveting 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
