I plan to eventually give up my 1200cc bike due to aging as gracefully as possible... I owned the first 50cc ohv Honda "step through" as a teenager. A police  car pulled me over as they had never seen one before (not to give me a ticket)....The British police were very friendly in those days. I now live in Australia where we also have friendly police.... especially if you do the right thing on the roads ....Drive safe folks and we all live longer !!

When I was a teenager back in the 80's, I used to look down on the Cub, and drool at the sight of Kawasakis and oter speed beasts. Then I got older, and fell in love with the Harleys, Indians, and Triumphs.
Now, at 59, I really appreciate how good the Cubs are. If I could afford it, I'd get a lovely new one. As it is, it might have to be an old wreck 😀

Brilliant for the commute to work, this is all you need nowadays you can have just as much fun on lower cc.

Tomorrow I’m viewing a 15 year old Innova because, although I’m a big fan of the Super Cub and their near legendary status, I wasn’t too interested in buying one…until your bloody video. So, er…thanks for that 🙇

All you need for London, and many parts of the southeast.

Lovely bike that! Nice one 👍
Everybody should own one of these, the world would be a better place !

Nice to see the Honda riding along my local roads

What a lovely machine. I had a 90. Best bike I ever had to get round London on. So I'm looking forward to the Cub

What an absolutely gorgeous bike.

Jealousy will get me nowhere, beautiful to see my friend,  lovely, how sweet !!

Always remember my sister getting the 50 c.c. version 1962 first bike I ever rode across the fields !! Still remember the smell when it started on full choke "kick start" Started first kick every time.. Many many miles covered back and forth to work by "my sister" Then she sold it to a young chap who was a brick layer he used it for a long time to get to work and back and also gave  me a few lifts yes two up GREAT LITTLE BIKES They would take what ever you threw at them and more Probably the best bike ever made !!! a bit like the V.F.R. 750 ..MADE TO LAST !!!!!!!!

Collected mine a few weeks ago on Spain´s south coast, and rode home to "my" mountain at 750 meters, then a test ride to Capileira at 1436 meters, which is all hairpin bends. It never felt underpowered and is very secure on the bends. There´s quite a bit of engine noise from the top end, so I might look at the valve clearances when everything has settled down. The chain was rather slack so I´m not sure the dealer took much care. At least the wheels were in line and nothing has fallen off yet. It's a great little motorcycle.

Congratulations! You bought a great piece of engineering!

Great bike 👍 I ride alot with those bikes in asia and they never brake down . They are made to do 100.000. Km if you take good care of them 💪

I used to have a C50 back in the 1970's! used it to commute to work and loved it.  Top end about 35 and wouldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding two up!  A mate had a C70 which was much quicker and my Dad got back into motorcycling on a new C90 but very quickly went on to a Honda 400 Dream. I had a CB250 and 400N.
These new Super Cubs look like a great little bike for pottering about on. I'm pushing 70 and you've got me thinking....

Congratulations beautiful little thing ❤

Nice! I want one now ive seen this...😊

My dad had these in the 70’s  either 50 or 70cc
When he and my mum went out to the pub on the odd occasion I use to take his bike out for a ride!
I’d have been in deep s—t if he ever found out.

I love the colour mart ❤

Congratulations! Wonderful machine and really nice weather for the pick-up. I wish you many-many happy miles and Supercub Adventures with this juwel! I have bought a 2022 CB125F today, the seller is also a Cub fanatic, he has got a red and a blue 125 Supercub, both are only a few years old but look like band new... :-) Take care!
