I think we all just heard the news.

R.I.P Queen Elizabeth II

My favorite is: “I am fully aware that I am surrounded by strong men, capable men, intelligent men who think they can do the job better. Well, wether you liked it or not the crown fell on my head.”

I wish I had a "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER" button to push whenever I needed it

Charles: "...and I am suffering"
Elizabeth: "I'm about to end this mans whole career"

That speech she gives Phillip about marrying him besides her family's dismay always breaks my heart. You can definitely see the hurt in her eyes while she maintains her composure.

This isn’t hyperbole: Ms Foy’s interpretation of Elizabeth II is one of the finest performances ever committed to celluloid.

if memory serves, you had your own ballerinas for that - is the MOST BADASS line in the entire show! pure gold!

Imagine how she must feel, knowing that for the good of her country, she MUST outlive her son.

1:54 his choke kills me 😭

That last scene where Elizabeth puts Charles in his place is GOLD. Both actors did a terrific job.

“If memory serves you had your own ballerinas for that.”-Liz
Philip: Well that escalated QUICKLy.

The queen talking to her Uncle, I believe she said the words the entire nation wanted to say, when they found out the truth.

A few u left out, like when Charles came to her for her to say thank you after his visit to Wales and speach. And When the prime Minister abdicated while she was pregnant, and she said something like "Do know? I have been queen barely 10 years now, and in that time I have had 3 prime Minister, all of then clever men, great men, brilliant men, not one has lasted the course, they have been too old, too ill or too weak, a confederacy of elected quitters"

You forgot the famous "For better or for worst, the crown has landed on my head. And I say we go"

Both Clare Foy and Olivia Coleman performed a marvellous role as The Queen. Each gave their own uniqueness to their role. Watching the all seasons again.

The "Porchey is a friend " scene will always be ICONIC 👌🏽

Claire as the Queen has rendered stellar performance. I watch The Crown Series again and again only because of such unpretentiously  natural performance of Foy. She is really the Queen . I have watched endless number of films and the series. But Foy remains unmatchable in my estimation

What I respected about Elizabeth was that she was a strong woman but never once lost her femininity. She was proud to be a mother, a wife, and a queen. She will be sorely missed.

I love how she finally called out Charles for being spoiled. He does not deserve the crown when her uncle gave it for the same reason Charles can keep it.

Gillian Anderson is simply perfect as Thatcher. Voice, tempo, inflection... so good
