Something a bit special: a very rare example of a farmhouse pub. The Luppitt Inn, in the village of Luppitt, in East Devon. It has been in the same family for about 140 years, and after a period of closure of a few years following its former landlady, Mary Wright passing away, it reopened last year. There have been a few changes - I think quite justifiably so - but I was still excited to finally get to this pub, which I've been wanting to visit for years.

More details on the pub here:

Here's the statement from CAMRA about the pub being removed

Thanks very much to the current owners, Caroline and Phil, for help in making this video - they kindly opened up a bit early so I could get the interior shots and provided lots of useful information about the history of this very special pub.

If you're interested in seeing some more of the surrounding countryside there's a video of the walk I did from the Otter brewery to here over on ‪@tweedyoutdoors‬ :

...and a video of my visit to the Otter brewery will hopefully follow in the next few days.
