A tour of the Otter Brewery in East Devon, conducted by head brewer Keith Bennett.
The Otter Brewery was founded in 1990 by David and Mary Ann McCaig, and is still run by the same family. It was converted from an abandoned farm on the outskirts of the village of Luppitt, near the town of Honiton, in East Devon.
They make a range of cask ales, including one of my favourites: Otter Bitter - and their beers are available in many pubs in Devon, and throughout the South West and further afield - even at a few pubs in London!

This is a bit different from my usual style of videos - which are typically just me sat in a pub! So please excuse the sometimes sub-optimal camerawork, the occasional hard to hear audio (it turns out some parts of a brewery are quite noisy!) and I'm by no means an expert on brewing nor very experienced in interviewing people who are. So I know this is a bit clunky in places, but I think this is the first time a full tour of the Otter Brewery has been caught on camera and I thought that was worth sharing.
