The 1165 split fire log splitter is incredibly fast and built very well. I wouldn’t consider it a commercial log splitter, but they’re very capable of producing a lot of firewood more than your average homeowner produces. I have talked to people that have put 60 cords of wood through one of these machines with no issues so my question to you is why would you spend $17,000 on a vertical log splitter from some of the big name companies when you can spend under $4000 for this unit

In my opinion this splitter would fit 80%of the woodhounds needs out there.
The people that do 20 cords or less.
It’s big brother the 3165v is incredible but it’s almost 2-1/2 more expensive.
Safe travels if you’re heading to PB. Tony
