Great video!
Slight correction: The Wingman elite mentioned in the video is not hitscan, the regular wingman sidearm however is.

my two favorite weapon archetypes, the Sniper you use as a Shotgun and the Shotgun you use as a Sniper

The children yearn for titanfall 3

On top of everything else in this video. The Kraber has a PRESENCE. The moment you shoot, everyone knows there's a Kraber in play.

Titanfall replaces the sniper problem with the spitfire problem🔥🔥🔥

Love when Titanfall 2 still gets the attention it deserves after nearly 10 years

"Titanfall's movement is by no means perfect."

10 years later and i feel this game still has the best movement shooter 'movement' in the whole industry.

11:55 "In titanfall, players can do this:" is probably the best description of the game
it takes your requests to climb up a building and responds with "why the fuck are you asking me, just go dude"

9:27 ah yes, my favorite Titanfall 2 weapon, the Triple T.

Thats why I love Titanfall, your movement and adapting is just as important as your aiming or the gun in your hands.

I love it how in the first god-knows how many minutes of the video you manage to constantly explain perfectly what a sniper is supposed to do xD

there's a big notable point regarding the kraber you didn't mention (at least at my beginner level): its sound blasts everybody's ear on the map so every single goon's gonna track you down until you've been killed so much that you swap weapon, which amplifies all the points you mention

Boosted Kraber kills the soul.

Titanfall solved snipers but a new problem arose: LMGs

Abosolutly LOVE all the editing in the video!

Great video, I listen to YouTube vids to fall asleep so this is my third go at it, but I opened my eyes and phone to like and sub because it’s good content, but you paid so much for the clip lol

Titanfall 2 content in our year 2026 that isn't a review??? Peak

I miss the old thumbnail with "BETTER THAN ROAD HEAD" in big bold lettering

Props for mentioning the UT Sniper Rifle. That's a very interesting case and shows how much FPS gaming has changed since the early days. From a modern perspective, you'd correctly assume that the UT sniper has to be the most broken sniper rifle of all times. High damage, insane RoF, hitscan, perfect accuracy, no reloading... but now imagine, it's the year 1999... ball mouse. cheap or no mousepad. 125 hz polling rate. 56k modem. 800x600 resolution. 20-40 FPS. Deathmatch being the primary game mode... tiny maps, tight corridors, fast moving enemies, shrapnel and explosions everywhere, no auto health regen... first time you experience zoom on a video game weapon... yeah, you weren't hitting sh*t with that thing lol.

Only later when people got used to it,  hardware got better and a whole cult around tuning your aim was formed, this thing became an absolute beast. For the next installment of UT (UT 2003), the fire rate of the sniper (now a lightning gun) was significantly reduced. That was probably the first time I ever experienced a nerf and to this day, the most brutal one. And as someone who was still playing offline against bots on crappy mice and a magazine as mousepad, I didn't understand it. "I'm avoiding that thing already, now they made it even worse?!" But then I started playing online and finally got a proper mouse (Logitech MX510) for the first time and it immediately became an absolute game changer. Now I understood.

Quake's Railgun also went from basically being an installkill weapon in Quake 2 down to 90 damage (iirc) in later installments. But it was basically the same thing: If you had crappy hardware, only played casually AND sucked on top of that, you were better off using any other weapon including the starting machine gun in Quake 3.

Back then, every sniper was a Kraber in the hands of most people. Fast forward, 360 no scope on controller.
