"This story is less disturbing than the others"
features a murder-suicide of an entire family including a newborn baby

The woman's severed head is actually marginally better than what I originally imagined, where her entire body would be crammed in the tiny box.

The one where the dad's kid saves him from the carousel was very simple, but it really touched me. Same with the one where the girl saves her friend from the serial killer in her house, since it's just a bit more complicated but ultimately the same message. Also, that carousel one kinda reminded me of Stagtown lol.

Pretty tragic yet bittersweet, she knew it was too late for her but still saved her friend

The one about the face-slugs and the endless dust gave serious Junji Ito vibes o_o;

I find it amusing how extras in horror stories will just attack the otherworldly horror as a first instinct

Beneath the Mask isn’t the scariest story but I like it cause it goes for a different type of fear, a string of unfortunate coincidences puts doubt in the daughter’s mind then a panicked lapse in remembering distinct traits of her mother seemingly confirms those doubts, meanwhile neither did anything wrong, the mom told the truth and the daughter saw a suspicious pattern that put her on edge

As someone who lived in a very abusive home where I would hide under my bed or in my closet, not from monsters, but my abusive stepfather, I picked up on Yuuma being abused very quickly, and then they stopped dancing around it and embrassed it.

HELLO GRIEF!
I figured you should know that I am currently working on a disturbing webcomic of my own. It's called "2.4 Billion" and it's in a similar vein as Watership Down or Stray Dogs, only with Birds.
The story follows a hawk whose family is brutally massacred, and his struggle to track down the killer. It's still in pre-production (I'm trying down the character designs right now) but hopefully I will get the first few chapters finished in about a year or so. Anyway when it's finished, it might be something you're into. Thanks!❤

43:49 these horror stories are supposed to be mirroring to the child's actual home life! I just realized this! That is ingenious!

My biggest fear is that one day you’ll run out of mangas to read and then I’ll have to die

Liked and subscribed for not doing the dumbass "Unalived" or "Sewerslide" YouTube speak and actually just saying suicide. It's funny, in an attempt to show reverence to the severity of the act we've made it a cartoonish joke.

I think the reason the baby didn't have a life line was because of a concept known as mabiki, this was an old Japanese concept that killing babies was all right because they weren't fully human, they were both spirit and human, so killing before they became fully human wasn't considered murder. To me the baby not having a life line shows how they were never going to be "human" and love past being a baby

ngl i went to loving Yuma too fast, now I call him my son 😭 I don't regret it, though we (yes WE) love him

I think his friend actually forgot to say that the ghost will helped you if you are in an abusive household

I cant express how fast i click when i see your stuff, thanks for helping on a rough morning Grief!!

30:26 at this rate this is basically grown up Goosebumps in Japan and I’m loving it

Please...
This boy deserves justice.

The father and stepmother need to suffer!
