What if Breath of the Wild had RTX ray tracing, 60fps, and up to 4K graphics--and shaders?

wow

edit: you should watch in 1080p/60fps if that's not obvious

By realistic I thought it meant Link's arms would break when he pulls out the paraglider in midair

@ytpforlife8570 5 years ago

I can already see it... “Breath of the Wild but it’s a horror game”.

@r3dskillz 5 years ago

Sidon was so realistic that the game couldn’t handle his beauty

@SamuraiNachito 5 years ago

Yeah this just confirms how great of a job the developers did on this game, the fact that you can hardly tell the difference in most places is crazy

I want a petition for “Breath Of The Wild But It’s A Horror Game” to be a real thing

@ammonthrift2013 5 years ago

Since I’ve not seen anyone else mention it, I loved the before and after edits. Thanks editor!

2:21 screw “botw but it’s a horror game,” I want “botw but it’s vaporwave”

@LozzaIllustrations 4 years ago (edited)

Its funny cause your reaction to the modified botw is how I reacted when I first played the original game. I literally spent ages on the Great Plateau just being amazed at how gorgeous everything looks.

I’m mad that he didn’t climb the highest tower of Hyrule Castle because that’s one of the prettiest locations in the game

Me, an intellectual, watching at 144p to save internet:

"Oh yeas so reelistic and beautifool"

@velocivoid7974 5 years ago

Ok, I definitely want “breath of the wild but it’s a horror game”, but I want you to play with the polygons and call it “breath of the wild but link is on drugs”

@TheBetterGamer 5 years ago

It looks to me all the "shader" mod did was increase the contrast, not add any detail. Because switching between original and modded it just removes the white smokey screen really. Yes of course it looks better, but I don't think it's like so much better I love it.

@EmeraldBroam 5 years ago

I love how it simulates the effect filming this with an actual camera would have. The bloom around glowing objects is an artifact caused by how cameras work, and the mod is going through the trouble to simulate that digitally.
