Today is a big day!

About 60 days ago, we hauled 23 of our Dorper ewe lambs to Peak Ovine in Weimar, Texas to be bred to Australian White rams. Today we're picking them up and getting an inside look at one of the country's premier Australian White operations.

Along the way we talk with Dax Dietrich about:

🐑 Australian White sheep
📈 Growth rates
🥩 Meat quality
🌎 Why this breed is gaining attention
🐏 Our plans for Bar 7 Ranch

Then... we did something we honestly weren't sure we'd like.

We grilled Australian White lamb burgers for the first time.

Let's just say... we were surprised.

Have you ever tried Australian White lamb?

Would you?
