Greek yogurt bagels - 8 bagels
3 cups flour (all-purpose, whole grain or a combo of the 2)
4tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups Greek yogurt
Egg for egg wash
Everything Bagel seasoning

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add in Greek yogurt and stir until dough comes together. Pour out onto a work surface and knead the dough several times until it comes together. Cut dough into 8 pieces and form each piece into a bagel shape. I like to roll into a ball, flatten, and then poke a hole in the middle. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Whisk egg with about 1 tbsp of water and brush on top of bagels. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 25 minutes.

Biscuits
3 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ T baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup of butter cubed(or lard)
1 2/3 cup buttermilk(approximately)

Mix together flour baking powder and salt with a fork. Add in cubed butter and mix with fork, hands or pastry blender until butter is incorporated into the flour. Pour in buttermilk and mix until mixture comes together. Dump out onto counter and knead a few times. Roll dough out to 3/4 inch thickness and cut out with a round cutter. Place onto pan and bake at 450° oven for 10-14 minutes.

To bake from frozen - 12-15 minutes
