The brothers have said that it took a few years to return to a comfort level with each other, but they were determined to make it up. Also, Robin has said they parted as boys and reconciled as men with more respect for each other.

The Bee Gees wrote and sang emotions. That is why their songs were relatable and powerful!❤😊😢

I’m so happy that Barry married a strong woman to help him through losing all his brothers.

"My greatest regret is that every brother I’ve lost was in a moment when we weren’t getting on, so I have to live with that and I’ll spend the rest of my life reflecting on that.
I’m the last man standing. I’ll never be able to understand that as I’m the eldest."
-Barry Gibb

It breaks my heart when Barry sings "How Can A Loser Ever Win" all these years later. They liked to write so that all of us could form our own interpretation.

Barry's whisper is one of his trademark voices and the audience loved it each time. This is such a powerful song.

As a boomer, I have loved the Bee Gees since the mid-60s. This song is a great example of their early style - they sang pop songs with folk flavor.

This song was a massive hit & at the time my favourite song of all

these guys had great hits way before disco, during disco, post disco, such great songwriters, such brother harmony, for a very long time. truly an iconic act

FYI. There is a video, where Barry is preforming for the first time by himself, after Robin and Maurice have passed away. This was the first song in his performance, and about 20 seconds into the singing, he started to choke up, and could hardly sing. The part where Maurice and Robin would join in singing, was where he really had a tough time singing. The audience joined in and picked up the song, while he composed himself, with tears in his eyes. I think most of the audience also had tears in their eyes.

Barry had this song already almost completed when Robin came to his house and said he wanted to come back, so Barry asked him if he wanted to help him complete it. He also offered to let Robin sing the first verse. So whatever inspired this song, it came from Barry.

With the Bee Gees the hits just keep on coming! This is beautiful poetry set to music. The Bee Gees had so many great songs that there is no way to have just one as a favorite.

That’s the definition of “timeless” classic. Another is TO LOVE SOMEBODY

This is a song that brings back a lot of heartache and memories. My girlfriend/fiance was raised as Seventh Day adventist. Her minister father had decided it was best for her and the church to return to her 1 year old daughters father as an attempt to rekindle their fsiled marriage. I found out as they were beginning to drive off from our house. I was very upset and decided to drive to my parents house, about an hour away. Every radio station was playing the most popular song of the day, the Bee Gee's "How do you mend a broken heart". What a long and tortuous drive that was. It ended up she was pregnant and never told me. I finally met my daughter years ago and we get along great. She never felt close to the person whom she was told was her dad. Somethings were just meant to be.

all their pre disco music was really great. It is so sad that Barry is the only one left. He seems like is is such a nice guy.

These brothers did not record one bad song. When you both have time, listen and watch together their '97 Las Vegas concert.I'm not asking for a reaction video of that,as that would take too long, but what a concert! Thank you ladies!
