For the extra zing your after on the steak sandwiches at for heavens steaks, next time ask for the pickled eggplant which is an extra. It hits every time. Been going there for years!

I’m getting flashbacks to my 3 months in the kitchen at Joe’s Garage decades ago.
Cool place, but I had no idea what I was doing, especially being thrown in the deep end without enough training or support.
Making Focaccia (baked in house ) sandwiches, antipasto, salads, and serving desserts, and I’d never worked in a commercial kitchen before.

Those focaccia’s look amazing! Mortadella is a childhood favourite of mine. Really like that place, I wanna try it’s I’m Italian and that place drew me in.
