"The Beatles weren't a band, they were a miracle".
     - Pink Floyd's guitarist/singer, David Gilmour,

"And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make"

The 2nd half medley is a gift to humanity. It's fantastic.

"Kinda ahead of its time". Talk about an understatement of epic proportions.

Quote from George when a reporter ever asked if they used a metronome.... " Yes, he is called Ringo"

“Something” is one of the greatest love songs ever written.  Thank you, George.

One of the coolest facts about Abbey Road is that George Harrison was using one of the first Moog synthesizers ever heard on a major rock album. He acquired it directly from Robert Moog when the instrument was still brand new and largely unknown. With no presets or memory, every sound had to be built from scratch by patching cables and programming the system manually. The Moog can be heard on Here Comes the Sun, Because, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, and I Want You (She's So Heavy), helping introduce synthesizers to a mainstream rock audience years before they became common.

Ringo is absolutely killing it he's so underrated

What people need to realize is that this entire journey only was 7 years long... 7 years to change music as we know it. That's why they're iconic.

The guitar solo in 'The End' is actually played by John, Paul, and George, each playing one bar at a time. They recorded all of it live, literally standing in a circle and playing to each other.

"It's kinda ahead of its time."  Perhaps one of the greatest understatements ever.

And during the recording of Abbey Road, the lads were between 29-26 years old. Ringo the oldest at 29, George the baby at 26. Those guys had lived 10 musical lifetimes by the time this was released. Incredible.

"Please Please Me" released March1963.  This album September 1969.  Only 6 years and 6 months between the two.

The Rooftop Concert is a required watch. People don't give them credit for being a tight, tight live band unless they've seen that concert.

It's called a medley. I love every bit of it.

You talked over "the love you make, is equal to the love you take."   Talk about iconic lyrics!  Go back and listen again!  😉

You just talked through the greatest ending ever recorded.

You were talking over the line of the century; "And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make "

Welcome to the most requested video i've ever made! This is a good one. The journey through the Beatles Albums have been amazing. I'm sure there'll be more to come.
