This is the second installment of our video series from the Comacchio Eel Festival held in Northern Italy this October!

This year, we bring you footage of the demonstration by "Inaka-an," a renowned eel restaurant that came all the way from Fukuoka/Kitakyushu.

This year marked a significant milestone: their 10th anniversary! ✨
The Italian side was full of enthusiasm, and of course, Inaka-an's spirits were at their peak!

Therefore, Bonapé TV closely followed them from the morning eel preparation to the main cooking show.

We'll bring you every detail of the eel festival!
