Bad Day? Make This Instant Pot Soup with Frozen Chicken
Cooking and Calm
16,111 views
Well my day just went pear shaped 🍐 so I made Instant Pot Soup with Frozen Chicken Thighs straight from the freezer into the Pot. I'm using the Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid here, but this recipe is good for any Instant Pot with Pressure Cooker function and it's DELICIOUS. If you've never used your Instant Pot to cook chicken thighs from frozen, this is a good place to start. Just remember to break up the thighs individually (not a giant ice cube of chicken thighs) & use an Instant Read Thermometer to check the chicken is cooked through. I've added some links below with further reading on cooking safely from frozen. I hope you love this soup as much as I do. And if you make extra, it's good for freezing too.

Looking forward for Christmas recipes
Thank you
Edit: the soup is delicious, I used parsnip and carrot peel as garnish after toasting them under the grill seasoned and sprayed with olive oil- yummy
Also I had a burn notice after a using it for a year, totally my fault, I didnt deglaze the bottom properly and our butter chicken currry had to be thrown away. I love pressure cooking and your channel has been so helpful thank you. x
