Hy Al, hope all is well, and dont really understand the point of not able to look at camera whilst driving, but its ok to look at a sat nav, which is the same thing, as you have to look at them to see where to go, also  you would be correct and also wronmg there with Nootingham Panthers, as the Ice areana is address is on balero square (Front Entrance), and the rear entrance is on parliament street opposite the bus Garage

Hi Alan, great to see you running with the driving‑waffle format again. I noticed you tried a bit of it in the previous vlog, and I was hoping that was a trial run — so I’m really glad you’ve decided to use it properly throughout the vlog now. Welcome back. The waffle while driving is the vlog.

After watching your first video back after everything that happened, and seeing how upset you were at first about losing the vlog and then getting it back with restrictions, I was determined to find a way to help you get your content as close as possible to how it used to feel.

My overthinking brain went into full detective mode, skimming through loads of your older vlogs and looking at all the different filming styles you used. That’s why my comments over the past few videos have been gently nudging you toward this direction — the safe version of your old style.

And now you’ve nailed it: talking naturally while driving, forward cam showing the road, side cams flicking in, proper flow, proper personality. This is the format. This is you.

And just one last optional idea for the future — not something you need to do now. If you ever wanted to get even closer to the old feel while still staying fully within the rule of “no filming yourself while talking,” a driver‑POV angle could be the icing on the cake. Something like a chest‑mounted GoPro, or even the Ray‑Ban Meta glasses if you ever fancied them. Both record your view of the road, not you, so they stay completely within what your boss means — you’re not filming yourself, you’re filming what you see.

Again, you don’t need this at all, because what you’re doing now already works brilliantly — but if you ever wanted that extra touch of the old style, that would be the closest you could get while still sticking to the rules exactly as they’ve been explained to you.

Either way, listening to you talk naturally while driving again — with the forward cam, the side cams flicking in, and your personality coming through — it genuinely feels like the vlog is back on track. You’ve found the safe version of your old style, and it works brilliantly.

Alan, the roads in country are shocking as this country is more interested in giving money to the rest of the world.

Alan I hope this doesn’t sound stupid but does the shorter  days  coming up as a long distance driver make you feel more fatigued with driving in the dark for longer periods?

Do be careful what you say about Pres. Trump or he'll ruin your country in a blink of eye!! We aren't that affected since we now get oil from venezuela. europe hurts more combined with the war in russia. its still high but better. but diesel is on the rise. btw israel isn't really part of the war anymore currently. he stopped after a peace deal was signed earlier this year.
