Still play my Wii u to this day and play both Wii u and Wii games on it

I had a small game store from 2005 to 2014, and when the Wii U was released, most of the Wii owners were casual gamers, and 80% thought that the Wii U was just an accessory for the Wii they already had. When they found out the price and saw that it was a new console, most preferred to keep their Wii.

We all should strive to get better each day

I’m currently playing Zelda Wind Waker in my Wii U, and it’s great!!!

"The wiiU had a pretty good library"
Considering all the best games on the Switch are either remakes or sequels to wiiU games, yeah that goes without saying lol
Still amazes me this console failed just because people got confused over the name, and that IS why. Yes the launch lineup wasn't great, but no one can convince me that means anything anymore. The PS4 sold amazing its first year, regardless of it taking an entire year for it to get a single good game (Bloodborne), and the PS5 and Xbox-whatever sold very well when they launched during the pandemic, even though there wasn't a single reason to buy either at the time.

"please save me" ok👍👍

Yes 100%

Bro finally someone said what i was thinking for years: mariokart 8 IS The GTA V of mariokart

The short answer is "No". The longer answer is... it's not without merits.

Yes

I'm 55 and have a Wii U and 84 physical games. I have 70 Wii games to play also. My favorite Wii U game is Twighlight Princess HD Box set and Wind Waker HD. I got my first NES in 87 when I was 16 and Zelda. I have OOT and Majora's Mask for my 3ds XL'S. And a DSI XL and Zelda games. In Summation I Prefer Duel Screen Action. 😊 But to each their own 🤠👍

love this. big W

Still use my Wii u, it's even better today with Aroma! I used to video chat. Tic tac toe baby!

Ngl i kinda wish i could have one, but having a switch is fine.

I miss the Wii U and the 3DS 2015 era that year had a lot's of great games on both consoles especially the Wii U  💔

It is always funny to see what becomes a trend on Youtube. Who started this Wii u trend ?  How many people went out and bought one just to make a video about it ? These are the questions that these trends makes.

laughs in Nintendo Land (cries because no friends)

I played through the Wii U era. That was my biggest mistake I ever made in the gaming space.
It still makes me sickened to my tummy thinking that I used to tolerate the Wii U.

40 views only? Damn

The switch is better in terms of better games but the Wii U had more personality in terms of its music and more stylish discs. I would always leave the Wii U’s menu music on the background
