None of the 9 active members of Super Junior have children yet. (Most aren't even married.) In that clip, Leeteuk was joking that Eunhyuk looked like a countryside farmer who is working hard to support his son who was studying in college away from home. So Eunhyuk was playing along and pretending to send a message to his fake son. (He was really laying it on thick by saying his son was named Lee Soo-An because the founder of SM's name is Lee Soo-Man, so he was joking that he named his son after their boss.) None of them had children back then. Almost nothing that was said or done in this compilation video was real and they definitely were never being serious.

Ryeowook is the first and, so far, only active member who is married, with all 15 members of SuJu' attending his wedding in 2024.
Former members:
> Hangeng (the very first non-Korean foreign member of a Kpop group, who is Chinese), who left the group in 2010, was married in 2019 and he had a daughter in 2022 and a son in 2025.
> Sungmin got married in 2014 and took a hiatus from the group in 2017 after returning from the military; his daughter was born in 2024.
