In this episode, Prokhor Chaliapin shows off his new home for the first time: 1,100 square meters, 14 rooms, 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 40 acres of land in New Moscow.

Prokhor talked about selling his apartment in Mytishchi, moving his mother, and choosing an estate over a second apartment. He also showed off his 2004 kitchen, a table for 14 people where he plans to sit alone, a rocking chair, a sauna with a plunge pool, and a swimming pool, for which he's already been quoted 500,000 rubles.

We also took a separate tour of the basement: a wine cellar full of bottles, a future movie theater, a safe with a lost key, and traces of an old flood. We also figured out why the house doesn't have an entrance hall, how many cubic meters of water it uses in two weeks, and how much Prokhor's heating will cost this winter.

Watch until the end: Prokhor explained what to look for when choosing a house, showed a guest house with a garage, found hogweed on the property, and explained why he needed that much square footage.
