If I'm not mistaken, the official MGS4 database did explain that Ocelot being possessed by Liquid in MGS2 was genuine, but at some point in the timeline from the 2nd game to MGS4, he had Liquid's arm removed. But to continue fooling the Patriots, that's when he used the combination of namomachines, psychotherapy, & hypnosis upon himself to give himself Liquid's personality.

Ocelot is one of the best characters in the entire Metal Gear Solid series. To think that he became an undercover spy, and royally died in the end. Ocelot had to sacrifice himself in order to trick the Patriot's AI system by hypnotising himself to be Liquid. The man's pretty good.

I mean: he didn't really "fall" out of a moving plane...he jumped voluntarily. LOL I never realized that tidbit about Ocelot's fighting styles mimicking those characters from the previous games. This video was great! Hope to see more about the MG universe.

Comparing Ocelot to Wesker is brilliant. I hadn't thought of it like that before!

People seem to not mention that ocelot is the biggest Anti hero in the metal gear universe. He saved the world.
