Moral of this channel: Make one shots. If you dont want to make a one shot, make a one shot.

I thought of a funny concept while spacing out, so ill try to write a pitch for it

"What if a therapist exorcises ghosts by giving them theraphy?"

Sounds boring, but it has the potential to be a funny story. Like in a world where people exorcise ghosts by hunting them down, spirits will live in fear, but then suddenly this guy gets hired to do an exorcism and instead of using paranormal weapons, he just pulls out a chair, sits the ghost down, and make them vent to him

When I started writing I didn't realize that a good story involves a lot of planning such as identifying your characters, the plot, theme, conflicts, resolution. Its a lot of work.

Making one shot is hard without the basics; story itself, the storyboarding, the panelling, pacing, readability, flow, perspective and backgrounds, charac design, then inking, then effects, screentones, speedlines, bubbles, letterings and many more!

This is my pitch idea: The ghost of a young girl tries to help her estranged brother to escape from a house filled with evil spirits

Popularity doesn't equal quality. Many manga stories are popular because they appeal to kids, not because they are particularly well written.

What if concepts like nature, death, time and space became people? How would humanizing these cosmic principles change the world? - this is something I’m working on and in love with . Leaving this comment here so that one day I can show the world and myself that anything is possible with deadication.

I took a comic book writing course last year, so it's interesting to see how the manga writing process differs from American comic books. My story idea came from a dream I had, a company sending teams to other worlds to perform ecological surveys. Unsure how to make a one-shot out of that, but it's definitely an idea I want to explore.

Also YAY the program opened up!! I applied before I even finished the video! I'm so excited you have no idea!

ok, after rambling about it for 10 minutes, here goes my script:

After being at the brink of death, due a car accident, Masayoshi Tagawa, a recent graduate of college, makes a deal with a devil to save his life, in exchange of possessing a curse which grants him special abilities. Thanks to this abilities, he’s forcibly recruited into a government agency that hunts said demons, and together with his new colleagues, Morrigan Hollowcrow and Ashley Cooper, he must uncover a conspiracy that puts their world at risk. Any thoughts?

What if a bunch of pre-teens go to summer camp in the middle of the dessert and all the counselors get sick with an unknown virus. And every part of the story is told by a different kid.

My pitch:
What if the lowest ranked angel in heaven, was assigned to be the guardian of a girl with the worst case of bad luck, to fulfill her wish of having the best high school experience ever?

@CreatorTMusic 1 year ago

What if an archaeologist discovers a tomb and becomes bound to a god of war?

@daisukeCE5 11 months ago

if you turned mashle into an idea in a sentence it would be "black clover but shorter" lmao

Here is a concept that has been on my mind for a while:

"What a girl in huge debut work to be an assassin to pay it off?"

Not gonna lying it werid but tbh she stole a few stacks of cash from some guy and the guys brother who own a assassin organization use her and the others peoples he rounded up to be assassin.
