13:30 - if I had to guess why Mt. Ember was included here, it would be because of Moltres. Moltres' location has been changed in this Remake and is no longer within Victory Road but within Mt. Ember. But that's just a guess.

Need someone to make adef a RomHack where all your Pokémon are Confused, Paralyzed and Attracted all at once while permanent Fog is up and each opposing mon knows double team, so he can fully experience and put on display how much fun status conditions are.
