i live and enjoy a simple life, at least i enjoy the simple things in life. yet, simultaneously, living in new york city has made me want to chase my wildest dreams more than i ever have. but it's not always all so shiny, most days are boring, hard work, struggling to juggle everything. so this is a window into what life looks like, when you're chasing new (or old) dreams, while fully supporting yourself through it all.

Fall is my favorite time of year. I always loved going back to school and it felt like time and the possibilities were limitless, and my body still taps into that when fall rolls around.

Plus I f***ing love Halloween.

I have the option to work from home full time, but I’m one of the few at my company who choose to go into the office more often than not. From my apartment in the southwest Bronx, I take the D train and am down in midtown Manhattan in only 20 mins! I just find I get more done when I’m in an office with two monitors, a fancy coffee machine in the break room, and a view of Times Square out the windows. The change of scenery and all that energy down there on the street somehow keeps me productive. At home I get very sleepy and always tempted by distractions at hand. Home can be TOO comfy, in other words. 😂
