Sherry deserves a standing ovation for courage and strength.  She is an inspiration to everyone.  I am in awe of her courage.

Please give her back her grandson. She has suffered enough!

I love that this judge allowed the victim's impact statements to be read to him, actually to his face. Ive seen others that require the statements to be directed towards the judge.

Great job Mrs Ballard! The truth always wins out ❤

Give it to him straight Sherri! You are a great mother and I'm sure Crystal is with you today! My prayers continue for you and your family.

Brava, sweet lady. You said it all so eloquently, and you tore him up by punching him with an iron fist in the face wearing a velvet glove. Justice for Tommy. ❤

Wow!! The strength and courage of Sherry Ballard is incredible! ❤❤

Prayers for this Mother that she will be able to reunite with her daughters body.Really glad that she was able to finally talk to this murderer face to face.

Great job Sherry!!! God bless you.

Sherry Ballard is one of the strongest women I've ever seen and I wish her all the best moving forward. I can't fathom the devastation that has been visited upon that woman and how she's has fought so hard for Crystal to have justice. I hope investigators and prosecutors are now able to move on to justice for Tommy Ballard. They don't have far to look, for sure.

The Houck's will be lucky if the entire family doesn't end up in prison before all is said and done.

I don't know  Sherry Ballard, but God knows,  I wish I did. That woman has the soul of an angel.  If there was a  "Make a Wish Foundation " for adults,  you bet your sweet a$$, I'd be on it, and my wish would be as simple as giving Sherry a hug.  May peace one day come for her and her family.  She deserves it! God made her strong, and with Him beside her, she will continue her fight for justice. God bless you Sherry.  God bless you!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting that his sister is now raising Crystal's son. His family should have no access to the child. The child is a victim.

We are with you Sherry❤

💗I'm so sorry for the pain this family has faced. It's mind blowing what this man did to the Ballard family.

Great  job  Mrs Ballard

I’m sure everything she said just rolled over his head. What a piece of work he is!

Well said Sherry Ballard 👏👏

God bless you Sherry, you are a Warrior Mom.

Wow, good job, Sherry. What a great Mother and a strong woman she is!

Everything her Mom is telling about Brooks is painting him as the controlling Narcissistic thug he is!
