Sheesh I’m dripping sweat. 😅I used to do belly dancing so well back in my teens and 20’a. I stopped practicing but I have just started again & I realize how stiff I actually have gotten. This was better than the gym.

Hi from Trinidad 🇹🇹 in the Caribbean. In my culture we have a dance call whining it's very similar to this style. We do it to "soca" music mostly. Thank you so much for your very clear instructions and explaining the mechanics. Beautiful spirit and a beautiful dance. Continue your blessings 🙌

Thank you for all the great tips. I definitely want to start practicing to strengthen my core and learn new dances.

This is the best video lesson I’ve found so far…and by far. She explains the mechanics of the dance and breaks it down so it’s easy to understand what needs to be done and how to do it. With practice I will get there. Thank you!

I’ve been looking for this dance for WEEKS, no matter who I commented under, no one knew what this dance or the tutorial was called. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊… I’m not Tahitian, but I love your culture, it’s very beautiful and energetic! 🫶🏽

I absolutely love this video. The patience you display in taking the time to explain how all of the movents should work and feel. Most tutorials here just give you a basic look and I thought I was getting somewhere but was also impatient and ending up with that shimmy thing.. Seriously, thank you for this. I know it took a lot of time and effort to make this lesson as simple as it might look and it's helping both my confidence and fitness journey and others too. You're doing great work, babes! Much love. ❤

Thanks for the tutorial. I've loved dancing since I was twelve years old, and it stuck with me into adulthood as well. Heck, one of my favorite video games is basically the dance games.
