Shout-out to the guy who figures out that banning dating apps would get 100% of the man vote and at least 50% of the women vote

If dating is terrible, imagine doing it with zero experience ☠️

"I would settle for you, but I wanna see my other options before I give you the bare minimum of commitment"

I’m tired boss.

For context, after watching Shiina's fashion stream, around Christmas time I started dressing nicer and wearing the maison margiela jazz club. I also gave a girl a sad bee plush. Since then the girl i liked took me to dinner for my birthday, gave me a valentine's gift and invited me out for dancing tomorrow. (I've also been hitting the gym.) But Shiina's advice has been working great and I've been a lot more successful with women since.

The sadbee STAYS!

3d women are so complicated. 2d women not so much

I only date to be exclusive and for the goal of marriage. :face-purple-crying:

i understand why so many chatters stay single and just cope with the loneliness and misery it entails. nobody wants to bend over backwards and pay for increasingly expensive meals when she's just gonna pick someone else anyways. modern dating is a casino and the house always wins.

Another day of thanking God that I don't live in a city where this is the norm

the state of dating makes being forever alone a lot more palateable not gonna lie.
dating apps were always a scam though, I saw that one coming when I was 13 lol

what's worse is a "situation-ship". A friend of mine explained it to me as they're not talking to anyone else, go on dates, spend time with each other, and having sex but they are not in a relationship. She's from Cali as well...

Shiina's too good for the west coast.

4:56 "i don't understand"

I don't understand how people have time to be dating multiple people, let alone energy to date multiple people. I think dating one person at a time would be enough, four or even five would just be madness IMO.

Modern dating is like playing Heads Up, except the card on your forehead contains all the rules for what not to do and everyone has different rules. Also the rules change on a daily basis and who you're interacting with.

The girl is dating 5 other guys, the guy talked to one girl all year. Real stats.

In 2023 I thought I was exclusive with a girl I was going out with romantically. Turned out she was sleeping with ten guys. I wasn't one of those ten.

Dating is hard and has stopped being worth the effort. Lonely, numb misery is always going to be better than suffering 1000x more for a glimpse of joy

Dating apps have changed a lot of the rules. Now it's like browsing through a catalog and a date is like trying on a new piece of clothing. If it doesn't quite fit right, you move on to the next thing. Unfortunately, ghosting is extremely common now as well.

I noticed everything changed around 2014, 2015. It was getting bad before that but after 2014 the entire scene turned to pure misery
