removing unrated games is probably the worst update next to the face verification. so many games are now lost to time

safety: roblox
algorithm: community

everyone's equally responsible, but then safety is still more important right now

all parties ruined it.

- the employees for suggesting such ideas
- ceo for green lighting said ideas
- community (game/creator devs & players) not being an actual community and banding together to push back against some changes
- mods not taking the necessary actions needed

but ill give some devs an alibi

Bazucki + Roblox themselves for putting profits over safety.
Investors for systematically ruining Roblox.

I think the more important question is what ruined roblox which was when roblox became a public company

so, i think the reason the community feels.. lacking.. now, is actually because of COVID. most of the Roblox playerbase is made up of teens who spent a chunk of their childhood locked up in their homes for 3 years without much social interaction. this really messed these kids up, and it’s why teenagers nowadays seem so anti-social, but nobody ever talks about it.

And I blame Roblox. They removed Egg Hunt, and Halloween event - which was something what was also helping the community - it was great feeling of all players trying to get some things or play games for some items we could get as avatar accessories.

I think it's AI that ruined roblox. "Devs" making games with AI and roblox with their updates always having AI, in my opinion it's AI that ruined roblox

revisiting old myth games would be a nice next video idea.

“+1 speed hug keyboard escape”
buzzword buzzword buzzword buzzword buzzword buzzword buzzword buzzword

the biggest turning point was ROBLOX going public. for anyone that doesnt know, it basically means that investors who do not have ROBLOX's best interest at heart have power in decisions in the company and instead drive decisions led by money

2:48 off topic but i relate to this SO PAINFULLY BAD. Growing up shy genuinely became the death of me

We all gotta leave roblox one day at some point in life. Some day might be now.

The governments and those who push for ai mass surveillance ruined Roblox.

We all love mass produced steal a brainrot copies, obviously. Dont blame these hard working developers who definitely dont AI generate games

the community has always been at fault(making bots, preds, playing slop, making slop, problematic devs) but nowadays Roblox made it hella worse.

It was me and David who ruined it I'm sorry Mr. Iooli 😢

I miss the sense of community the most... Every time when I felt lonely I just played Roblox and many times people would even talk to you or send you friend request. Nowadays barely someone send you friend request and very very very rarelly (mostly no) is talking someone to you.... Its awful.

i think the best roblox times are 2023-2025 before the age check, because there were a lot of high quality games that aren't slop but also had chat open to everyone

I got banned for 1day on roblox for saying "hi" like what??
