Hi Anna thank you once again for an English version.  Interesting comparison between the 75-300 and using the inbuilt digital converter with the 40-150.  I would certainly consider getting the 40-150 as it compliments the 12-45 f4 very well.  Stay safe

i did that with my 75-300…sold it and programmed a button for 2x on all my Olympus and OM 3 and use the 40-150 f4 as my longest lens.

Very interesting Anna! Thanks again)

I do like your videos, always interesting

I’m getting this!

I have this lens, the 8-25 mm f/4 and the 12-45 mm f/4.  These three lenses are fantastic, in my opinion.

M.Zuiko lenses are always enjoyable lenses, especially their Pro series. I use the 12-100mm F4.0 IS Pro, which is such a perfect travel companion, and it is optically stabilized and with the OM-3, the dual IS produce unbelievably stable images and videos!

Right now i just bought the 12-40  as a birthday gift to myself. I really looking forward to getting this lens sometime this summer!!  Used of course 😂!!

I own the old 70–300mm lens from Olympus. I’ll never let it go... It may not be quite as razor-sharp as newer designs, but it has a magnificent way of rendering tonal values. It might sound like an exaggeration, but to me, it feels as though it renders tones "with feeling." This lack of "feeling" in those perfect, modern designs bothers me a great deal.

I use this lens with my OM3 super sharp images especially hand held with the focus stacking option, combined with the 30mm macro lens it is a very powerful & lightweight outfit which all fits into a small shoulder bag for nature outings.

For a moment I thought that googles AI voice over got so good, but no, it's just you trying new formats! I hope you won't stop recording in Polish but I really enjoy the video :D
This lest is on my upgrade list, I would love to replace the plastic version but just the price factor is stoping me :c

I had never considered the use case of a high-quality Pro lens with the digital converter option. Yes you're losing some resolution but on these 20 megapixel sensors you're not giving up that much all things considered.  Especially if it's a level zoom you don't need that often, could be a real saver on extra lenses

A lens I have been considering for travel along with 12-45 on my OM-3

I am back again Anna. I have succumbed to my local camera shop special deal on this lens and am now patiently awaiting delivery. I will test it against my 75-300 as you suggested as mine gets very little use ( and MPB will offer me a good price!).

I cannot stop enoying your channel, Anna! May I suggest you to make 2 Playlists - one in Polish and one in English? Think of it to makemore easy for the English speakers.

Aside from portability, you'd love the F2.8 even more!

as a pro lens, does it have a manual focus clutch?  thanks.

I think you have sold yourself. New lens on its way 😉 nice video

I shall refer to your channel as the lady with the talking hands as we don't see your face. I wonder if you would do a few videos showcasing some of the Polish countryside.

Hi Anna
Thank you for yet another lovely English video. GAS is real 😅. Before you pull the trigger, consider the fantastic 40-150 f2.8 pro. Relatively negligible price difference in the UK (f4 pro £639 vs f2.8 pro £829 new).
I’ve found it similarly sharp throughout the focal range (even with the MC20 TC). The wider aperture is invaluable for  dawn and dusk wildlife capture with faster shutter speeds.
The only slight draw back the f2.8 poses in my opinion, is it’s slightly heavier weight (hardly noticed in a vehicle on safari or during a 2 hour recent hike in Glencoe). It more than makes up for the fact with internal focusing and its fixed non rotating size.
I hope I haven’t muddied the waters or elevated any symptoms 🤭.
Looking forward to your next.
