Sitting here nodding along knowing damn well I didn’t do the reading assignment.

Find someone who loves you as much as professor Jiang loves Homer and Dante

Leavin this comment for my son. If you're reading this, you are on the right track.

“There is no reality, only perception.”

Thank God I work night shift security, everyone commenting how they bout to go to bed. This is the perfect time to tune in.

Achilles teaches one thing: ego builds legends and destroys them in the same breath.

To hear this man describe the Iliad so well is a privilege. Thank you Professor

I got a library card and I picked up the Illiad. I'm taking lots of lecture notes. Feel like I'm back in school right now. Late 30s, unstable housing and jobs, needing distraction from narcotic addiction. This is helping me a ton. Thanks prof

What an awesome read. You can tell it wasn't written for kingly legitimacy, and Homer instead wrote it for entertainment and edification

Its crazy that I love to educate myself only when Iam out of school system for 20 years...school system is old and obsolete now

Can you please put the homework in the description so we can follow along? Thank you so much!

Ever since I was small I was always drawn to art and animation. I thought it was just escapism but listening to your lectures made me feel like it wasn’t just escapism. My Spirit was resonating with  an inner calling to use my imagination to be creative.

I love the feeling of catching his videos in the first minute lol.

We went from chalk boards to white boards to smart boards back to smart chalk boards.

Good morning all, have a great day in class. ❤

These lectures are not videos. They feel like books that you need to listen multiple times to understand them fully. The second time i listen to this and i understood new things

oh FUCK I didn't know there was homework

Astonishing how he understood the depth of all humanity problems this man.💕

Man I am addicted to your classes! Omg, so much knowledge, so much passion, It is wonderful to learn from you.

With great appreciation from Malawi, Africa!
