I had a German industrial band stay with me and my roommate, I'm half Creole and Japanese and she was Indonesian and Japanese and we were worried our food would be too hot for them.

Those Germans can seriously handle their heat.
One of them had us in the kitchen all night because he wanted to try every level of heat us Asians could bring.

He ate everything and was a VERY happy man lol.
He didn't even ask for anything to drink. I kept trying to give him beer and water and he'd just say "später!" (He actually didn't really speak English which had me more worried that maybe he didn't understand our warnings. My German isn't that good)
